What is the Program & Who Is It For

Anyone can learn to run.

That’s right, I said “anyone”.  I don’t care if you are young, old, skinny, fat, in shape, out of shape, or anywhere in between.  If you are willing to show up 3 times a week, for 15 weeks, and put in a good effort, I can teach you how to run for 5K in about 100 days.

I can help you achieve this goal using my Free Running 101 program.  This is 15 week program, featuring a series of instructional videos, which cover the key topics needed to successfully learn how to run.  The program will also include a 15 week training schedule, which takes you step by step from one minute runs, all the way up to a non-stop 5K.

This program is based on the concept that the best way to learn how to run is by making small changes over a long period of time.  You will start off with workouts that feel easily achievable.  Over time, they will progress in intensity, and volume, but only after you are ready for such changes.  This method allows your body and mind the time needed to successfully adapt to the changes you will be asking it to make.  This is the surest, safest route when it comes to learning how to run.

More important than the way that I teach, is what you will learn.  This program will help you to understand that you can learn to run, and that it doesn’t have to hurt.  You will discover that it can be easy to add exercise to your life if you approach it in the right manner.  Eventually you will come to the realization that when done correctly, running can become a wonderful part of your life.

I sincerely hope that you decide to give this program a try.  I can’t promise it will be easy.  Like anything worthwhile, there is some hard work to be done if want to be successful.  That being said, I can tell you that if you do try it, and stick with it, you may just change your life for the better.
