It seems that each story I get in response to my free program offer is better than the one before it.  So many people want to learn to run, but have just not been able to discover success in reaching this goal.  There reasons are varied, but all great.  To say I am excited to get started with this group is an understatement.  I know what learning to run is going to do for them, and I can’t wait until they understand just how great it is going to be.

I know that there will be struggles, but I am confident that if they stick it out, they will definately see the value in the hard work that this will take.  If you have ever had any interest in learning how to run, why not join the group?  If you are interested, check out the details here.

Yesterday I announced that I was giving away 100 free memberships to my Running 101 program.  The response I got on the first day was amazing.  There are so many people out there who want to run, but just need a little help.

They don’t know it yet, but I have already picked my first four winners.  Their stories really spoke to me.  These are people who want to run, and will be able to run.  They need is a push in the right direction.  I am excited to be able to lend this assistance.

What is just as exciting is something they will receive, but which will not come from me.  These four students will be part of a 100 person group.  They will start at the same time, and share similar experiences.  Most importantly, they will have each other for support.  Once the group gets started, I am going to do my best to introduce them all, and encourage them to communicate with each other thru my social media outlets.  This is not required, but I am hopeful that most of them will take part in the discussion.

Why do I want them to know their fellow students?  Learning to run for the first time can be challenging.  There are times when you may feel like it is impossible, and this may make you want to quit.   Fortunately there is something incredibly helpful about knowing that you are not alone.  Having people to share your trials and tribulations can often be the difference between success and failure.  Knowing that you are not the only one struggling with a particular workout makes all the difference.

Between the group support, and my coaching, these 100 people will have the best chance to discover just how great running can be.   It is my sincere hope that all of the participants graduate from the program, and become regular runners.  That is why I am doing this in the first place.

I am so excited to have the first four students selected, and look forward to hearing from the next 96 participants.  Running is too good to keep to myself.  I hope I get to share it with you.
