Testimonials from those who've been through it.
The running 101 program was great. What made the difference for me, was the support I got from Brad. The weekly emails were such a lifesaver. It felt like I had my own personal coach to guide me through the hard parts. If it wasn’t for Brad’s support, I don’t know if I would have made it. He helped me through the tough parts, and now I can run. I am so proud of this accomplishment, and will always be grateful to Brad for helping me to find my inner runner.
I used to consider running a necessary evil that I never looked forward to. Now I love it. It’s an instant pick me up. If I feel down, or lack energy, my run makes me feel more positive. If I feel good, the run makes me feel even better. Running is now a part of my life, and one that I’m not willing to ever give up. I wish I could share this program with the world.
Before I took this program, I didn’t think I could run for more than a minute. Now I can run 5K and it feels like meditation. This program felt like a really great gift to myself.
All I wanted to do was learn how to go faster. I just wanted to go from being a “jogger” to becoming a “runner”. The problem was that I didn’t know where to start. I looked at a lot of books, but they all focused on getting ready to race. That was not for me. I just wanted to feel a bit more wind in my hair, not to compete. Then a friend suggested Brad’s Running 201 program. I took a look, and decided to give it a try, and am glad I did. This was exactly the program I had been looking for. Finally, someone who understood that there are runners who want to improve, but who do not have the knowledge they need to do so. I felt like this program was build just for me. It went along at a reasonable pace, but kept me challenged at the same time. By the time I had finished it, not only could I run a good deal faster, but I also completed my first 10K run. I strongly recommend this program if you are looking to take your running to the next level.
I have always watched runners in the park, and wondered “what do they know that I don’t?” After completing the running 101 program, I now know what they know. Running is awesome! To be honest, I cannot believe I can run for 3 miles, and enjoy every minute of it. This program was an eye opener. I thought that running had to be painful, that you had to keep on going, no matter how it hurt. Boy was I wrong. Brad taught me that small, manageable changes were the way to go. He also taught me that listening to my body was crucial to success. It turns out that it’s easy to learn how to run, once you know the right way to do it. If you have always wanted to know “the secret” that all runners seem to know, you should give Running 101 a try.
Do yourself a favor and give running 201 a try. This was the best $199 I have ever spent. It was worth every penny. Brad, thanks so much for putting this wonderful program together.
I have tried to learn to run many times. Each time I would get started with a head of steam. I would be excited by the fact that I was finally learning how to run. The first few weeks would go great, then it would get hard, way too hard. I would be out of breath and my legs would be burning so bad that I could not complete the assigned runs. I felt terrible about myself, so I would quit. After trying numerous times, I finally gave up.
Then I heard about Brad’s Running 101 program from a friend who had just finished it. She told me that it was different than the other programs I had tried. I still really wanted to learn to run, so I decided to give it one more try. Boy, am I glad I did. This program is such a change from the other ones I have tried. Instead of being pushed too far, too fast, this program allowed me the time I needed to get started successfully. The assignments felt achievable. More important, this program offered me the support I needed to succeed. Brad understands how hard this can be in the beginning. His support with the mental challenge of this journey made all the difference for me.
Now, I finally get it. I love running. I will never stop. If you want to learn, and have failed in the past, you should definitely give Running 101 a try. It really works!
